Information We Collect
We collect contact details, service addresses, home and access notes, appointment preferences, quote and invoice history, support messages, crew service records, and portal usage data needed to operate cleaning services and Business OS workflows.
How We Use Information
We use information to quote services, schedule crews, communicate with customers, process payments, improve service quality, secure accounts, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.
Cookies and Analytics
Essential cookies keep portals signed in and secure. Optional analytics cookies help us understand page performance and booking funnels when consent is accepted.
Google Sign-In Data
When you choose Continue with Google, Google and our authentication provider, Supabase, may return basic account information such as your name, email address, and Google account identifier, as well as your profile image. ACS OS uses this information for authentication, account security, and access control, including matching the account to an approved administrator, crew, or client role. The authentication record and session are processed through Supabase Auth. ACS OS does not use the sign-in flow to read Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Calendar content, and it does not post on your behalf. We do not sell Google Sign-In data or use it for advertising.
Google Calendar Data
Separately, ACS may authorize a company-controlled Google Calendar account for the designated ACS company calendar. When enabled, this operational connection can process calendar metadata and event details needed for schedule display, import, private backup, and reconciliation, including event identifiers, titles, descriptions, locations, dates, times, status, recurrence, organizer or attendee information, and links or attachments when present. Selected scheduling information may be stored in ACS-DB. The current ACS OS application code is designed to import Calendar data and refuse Calendar create, update, and delete operations. Actual availability depends on administrator configuration and provider authorization.
Google API Limited Use
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by ACS OS will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide or improve the account access and ACS scheduling features described above. We disclose it only to service providers needed to operate and secure those features, or when legally required. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or to determine creditworthiness.
Sharing
We share data with service providers that support scheduling, messaging, payments, hosting, analytics, maps, and email delivery. We do not sell personal information.
CCPA Rights
California residents may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable export of personal information. Use the client portal privacy controls or email [email protected]. We verify requests before releasing or deleting data.
Data Deletion
Deletion requests are queued for admin review. We delete or de-identify eligible data and retain records required for security, payment, tax, dispute, or legal purposes. Users may also request removal of their ACS OS access and associated Google identity data by emailing [email protected]. Google access may also be revoked from the connected account's Google Account settings.
