Services
Astro Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and related cleaning services. Quotes, schedules, crew assignments, and final scope are subject to review and confirmation by our team.
Bookings and Changes
Client booking, reschedule, and cancellation requests are not confirmed until Astro Cleaning Services LLC approves them. Appointment access notes must be accurate before the service window.
Payments
Invoices are due according to the terms shown on the invoice. Stripe or other payment links are unique to each transaction and should not be reused.
Portal Use
Users are responsible for keeping login codes, devices, addresses, access codes, and profile details current and confidential. Unauthorized access or misuse is prohibited.
Cancellations
Late cancellations may affect availability or fees depending on the confirmed service scope. We review cancellation requests before changing the operational calendar.
